 Air Industries currently assemblies this primary flight control device from over 250 details and sub-assemblies. It is a Flight Critical Assembly involving very close tolerance and torque requirements. This program involves substantial subcontract management skills. The offload of this project was managed in an IPT type approach with both Sikorsky and Air Industries personnel involved.
