Founded in 1969 and located in Bay Shore, New York, Air Industries Machining Corporation (AIM) is a Small Business Administration Certified Small Disadvantaged Business with annual revenues in excess of $30 million. In November 2005, AIM was acquired by Gales Industries Incorporated (OTCBB: GLDS), a publicly-traded holding company established to engage in the consolidation of manufacturers, engineering integrators and related service providers to the aerospace/defense and commercial aviation industries.
